Returns & Exchanges Policy – Key Information
We want you to love your Lune de Margo order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info.lunedemargo@gmail.com so we can make it right.
🔁 Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, as each item is handmade to order with care and attention to detail.
📦 To be eligible for a return due to damage or error, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Condition of Items for Returns or Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in:
- ✅ Original condition – unused, undamaged, and unwashed
- ✅ Original packaging – including any tags, labels, or protective wrapping
- ✅ Resellable state – free from any signs of wear, stains, or alterations
📸 We may request photos of the item before approving a return, to assess its condition.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

🕒 You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. This ensures we can promptly address any issues with your handcrafted items.
For EU customers, the legal 14-day right of withdrawal applies for eligible items, in accordance with EU regulations.
